Human/Environment: 4,000 Years of Art

The Syracuse University Art Museum's permanent collection consists of over 45,000 objects. From this expansive collection, curator Melissa Yuen selected a diverse group of works to showcase the ways in which humans have interacted with the environment across 4,000 years of art. The exhibition is subdivided into categories focusing on figures, population centers, plants, and home. These works will be on display in the permanent collection galleries through May 2029.
