Memories of a Lost Era

Alternate Titles
  • Memories of a Lost Era: Not many years ago this sidewalk was crammed with tables. It was one of the most famous sidewalk cafes of French Indochina. Today there are no sidewalk cafes in Saigon. The target was too tempting for grenade-tossing Vietminh. Except for the flower pots and occasional peddlers, the cafe space of the Continental Hotel is now deserted.
