Vietnamese Refugees Wind Up in Guam: Long line of Vietnamese refugees winds around streets of "Tin City" as they queue up for their food Saturday. "Tin City" is a compound of metal buildings at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam that was a housing area for U.S. air crewmen serving during America's active involvement in the Vietnam war. It had been recently used as a storage place.
