  • Journey's End... For a While: A South Vietnamese Refugee woman and her youngsters disembark from the freighter American Challenger Tuesday night at Agana, Guam. The vessel arrived shortly before midnight with more than 5,000 refugees aboard. her captain said at one point his 21,000-ton freighter carried 9,000 persons, crammed so tightly aboard that thousands has to be transferred to other ships.
